One might be forgiven for thinking that lawyers know all about pricing, given wide perceptions that they charge a lot, even too much, and the high level of formal complaints about fees.
In fact the big majority of lawyers know very little about pricing, and, in the main, complaints about fees are centered around poor communication between lawyer and client.
Big changes are occurring for the better, in the interests of clients and of many lawyers.
